Had a great dinner here with my colleagues, I had prime ribs, that was very good, aged well and seasoned through. I also had chef salad and cheese cake, both are delicious. Service is top notch, very thoughtful! You had a dot on the table that you can ask for service and question.

The food is very good. My first experience the waiter kept quoting the price of each item. Very annoying and unusual behavior. My second time was very enjoyable all around.

We had another dinner with girlfriends Saturday 8.10.24 6:30pm. This place is a well oiled machine. I requested a booth, and yet again, request is filled no problem. Perfect service. Delicious food. Fantastic cocktails. Cozy atmosphere. It is so refreshing to go out to relax and know you will have a fantastic experience. Our friends have never dined here. They loved it. Kudos.

1st timers and it won't be the last time! I came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We were blown away by the service and food. Genevieve was our server. She was wonderful. Pros The bread for the table was so tasty. We had the baby back ribs appetizer and it literally fell off the bone. My bf got the crab bisque. I had some and there were lumps of crab inside. We both got steak. He the filet and I the ribeye! Truly mouthwatering. I recommend the caesar and stuffed potato as sides. We ended our meal with the flambé crème brûlée which was one of the best I ever had. There's no cons to this restaurant. I love the warmth and coziness of the place. Everyone was friendly. It was no surprise it was packed! Can't wait to come back again and try something new!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in South Jersey! Initially walking in you get that old school steakhouse vibe( it always reminds me of the restaurant in the movie dirty dancing) which I find charming and nostalgic. The service is always top notch and the food well I've never had a bad meal here. On my most recent visit at the recommendation of a few friends I tried the Queen cut Prime Rib and OMG it was gigantic definitely enough for 2 people but I'm not a quitter so I did polish it off over the course of two days! Reservation can be hard to get last minute so definitely plan in advance and bar seating if you can get it is limited but this place is well worth the wait! 10/10 will continue visiting again and again!

I've been hearing nothing but good things about the Franklinville Inn for a couple of decades, but never found occasion to dine there. Tonight, we finally got a chance to enjoy the storied legend. The service was attentive and prompt (bordering, from the outset, on obsequious), and we had some pacing issues. But the food was excellent: I tried the crab cake appetizer, and it was everything that rabid fans have raved about: hunks of crab meat, lightly bound together, into a delectable whole. The red pepper sauce that accompanied the dish adds nothing, and is best passed over in favor of a squeeze of lemon. My wife had the bisque, which offered some crabmeat near the bottom of the bowl, but the soup itself was a bit sweet. Our Cesar salads came dressed with a tangy, loose dressing; the greens seemed wilted from perhaps too much time under the sauce. I enjoyed the 10 oz strip with stuffed shrimp (more delicious crab!), but as a specimen of red meat, my wife's ribeye was an exemplar: charred, salty, and huge. We split the crème brûlée, which was excellent, if a little chilled, and a hint of booze on top because that's how they serve it (alight). The Inn is more capacious than the exterior suggests; it was quaint and quiet during our visit, and there was no noise coming from the adjoining bar.

Food is always fresh, perfect temperature, and flavorful. Service is always amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's an amazing get away for the evening. Crab cakes are always a hit every time we ordered them. Plump and no fillings. The sauce that comes along with it is a delicious match. The bread, butter and salad is always a nice touch as well. Always get excited for any time we're able to spend the evening here

If you are looking for professionalism and class this is the dining experience for you. The service is extremely polite and courteous. The bread is to die for. Quite honestly, every time we go here we fill up on bread and end up taking most of our entrees home. The Caesar salad is also delicious and the presentation is very satisfyingly symmetrical. Finally, the twice baked potato is an absolute must. Do not skip the potato- you won't regret it! In this historical structure, they have tastefully highlighted the most meaningful memories of the owners while maintaining the class of a fine dining establishment.
